Olszewski Art Book No. 3: "The Five Nativities and How They Came to Be" features 84 pages describing in detail and in the artist's own handwriting the history and creation of the five nativity works of art he produced over a span of 20 years from 1990 to 2009. The softcover 8.5" x 11" full-color book includes reproductions of Olszewski's original drawings and photography leading up to the creation of three-dimensional clay sculptures that Bob used while thinking through his approach to the ultimate creation, production and eventual release of the five nativity pieces. Bob writes details of his work not found elsewhere about each of these nativity pieces, which are unique. Also, the descriptions of each piece that Bob writes about are written in the context of his life, which makes each one different.
